This Masterclass will introduce participants to the principles and concepts of project management - and provide them with the tools and templates to put these ideas into action at their organisation.

This workshop will explore:

  • Why project management is an essential skill to manage project successfully.
  • How to develop effective practices and manage change.
  • Why projects fail and how to minimise the risk of this happening.
  • How to apply a project management approach to existing projects of your own. 

By the end of today you will be able to:

  • Clarify the scope of your projects.
  • Strengthen project planning to reduce firefighting and manage time effectively
  • Maximise a project’s impact through increased clarity on KPIs, outcomes and impact
  • Integrate learning from successes and failures into current and future projects
  • Apply techniques for managing change and its implications on project delivery
  • Apply practices for good project governance to enhance the impact of the project
  • Identify further resources for project delivery and ongoing professional development
