Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility The CHSAB knows that it is important that service users know their own rights to be respected and protected from harm and abuse. As peers it is important to know how to identify the signs of abuse, know when to make referrals and how to support each other. If you are interested in being actively involved in safeguarding there are two ways to get involved.

1. Adult Safeuarding Champion- Take part in our Adult Safeguarding Champion course – a 3 day Training The Training Course. Be part of our pool of Champions that deliver 90 minute safeguarding awareness sessions in community setting

2. Safeguarding Supporters- A named service users, that can signpost, share and actively support residents to find out increase safeguarding
