Join us for a chance to meet your Shoreditch Park and City Neighbours informally and to continue to build the connections made in previous meetings. There will be a recap on the last Forum, and a look forward to 2021 and future planning meetings. You’ll also meet local Community Navigators, such as social prescribers, and find out more about what they do and how they support the community.
