• Designing the project
• Organising the design
• Considering user needs
• Dealing with problems

Learning outcomes
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
• Clearly define a project as opposed to cyclical management
• Organise a small project visually
• Share practical experience of how to deal with issues on projects and how to control cost and still deliver on time
