Marketing and social media for the not-for-profit sector

Registration is closed for this event
Marketing, in its broadest sense, is a poorly understood management discipline. The better you understand user needs and context the more likely you are to deliver the right change and impact.

Outcomes

During the session, participants will:

  • Learn the fundamentals of branding, marketing, sales, and fundraising
  • Take a practical approach to marketing and communications and learn about:
    -delivering key messages
    -targeting key audiences
    -identifying key channels
-checking assumptions – research and testing, including social listening and search listening
-social and network marketing, including storytelling and its relationship to other forms of engagement such as crowdfunding
