This 3-hour training course will provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to successfully implement PQASSO. By the end of the course, you will have a better understanding of the PQASSO self-assessment process and how you can strategically implement quality within your organisation.

- PQASSO and the self-assessment process
- how to successfully implement PQASSO within your organisation
- the roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders and ways of getting them involved in the process
- how to identify the key elements to be considered in the planning process of the implementation of PQASSO within your organisation.
