Join us for the Shoreditch Park and City Neighbourhood Forum Meeting.

Aims of the meeting to:

• Discuss local health priorities and needs
• Share information about what's happening in the Neighbourhood
• Introduce and connect with local organisations
• Plan for future meetings

Theme of the meeting:

'Isolation and inclusion' during the meeting we will discuss how access to digital devices and online services can play a vital role in reducing isolation and inclusion. 

Madeleine Maxwell, Digital Inequalities Project Manager at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, will explore the issue about 

• What barriers are most significant to you / people you work with in accessing online services
• Where / who would you go to for help and support if you were struggling to access a digital NHS service
