The aims of the session is to increase the skills and knowledge of how to develop a fundraising and income generation strategy, by outlining the steps to developing a strategy, how to analyse your organisation and source funding opportunities.
Learning outcomes:
By the end of the session delegates will be able to:-
- Understand the concepts of funding profile, funding mix and funding sources.
- Understand the stages of developing a fundraising and income generation strategy.
- Develop a fundraising and income generation plan.
