Community Mental Health Transformation Voluntary Sector Event

Please join us to find out more and let us know your ideas about the opportunities for the voluntary sector in City & Hackney to be partners in implementing the community mental health services transformation.

This project is aiming to provide more support for people with severe mental illness in their neighbourhoods, working in primary care and community settings. We want to develop an approach that looks at the wider determinants of health and a team of blended skills and experience, with members from the voluntary sector, services users, secondary care mental health services, social care and primary care. In due course we will be issuing a tender for voluntary sector partners and this event will help to shape the process.
