Forum meeting for Shoreditch Park and City Neighbourhood

The Shoreditch Park and City Neighbourhood ‘Forum’ is the next step in the process of a building a voluntary and community sector led Partnership in the Neighbourhood.

The Forum links to and builds on previous Neighbourhood Conversations and is part of wider change underway to improve the health of local people through strengthened systems of local collaboration between NHS, Council and the voluntary and community sector. A future Partnership in the Neighbourhood will connect your own group, organisation or service with Public Health, Hackney Council and GP led Neighbourhood Teams.

The Forum is open to anyone living, working and providing services in Shoreditch Park and City, and is a chance for all sectors to come together (residents, VCSE, health and council services alike) to identify areas of work that will better support the health and well-being of local people. There will also be opportunity to be more involved, and to take part in the planning and design of the future Partnership.

The first Forum will start everyone thinking about;

·       Who is interested in working together

·       How can everyone work better together

·       What is most important to start working together on now

The Forum is facilitated and supported by VCSE Neighbourhoods Team, Shoreditch Trust, Social Action for Change and City of London.
