Meet Your Host: 
Sarah Warman helps people get to the roots of their pain and stress to resolve core issues and enjoy living more fully in the here and now. She uses Alexander Technique, and has over 10 years experience having supported hundreds of people with her own take on the work. Her signature twist on the century old technique has a stronger emphasis on the psychological as well as physical improvement, and the mind / body connection. She has run many group workshops and day retreats as well as private one to one sessions.
