This beginners' budgeting session will help you master the basics of creating a project budget for funding applications.

Trainer: Mohammed Mansour - Head of VCS Development at Hackney CVS. Mohammed is an experienced organisational development professional who has worked for over 14 years supporting charities and NGOs in the UK and overseas. He is passionate about implementing programmes for managing change using a system thinking approach. Also a certified GDPR practitioner, auditor, and trainer with a demonstrable history of working in the non-profit and for-profit sectors.
