This half-day online session aims to enhance delegates' abilities in showcasing outputs, outcomes and impact by boosting their skills and knowledge.
Course Outline:
During the course you will learn how to:
- Define outputs, outcomes, indicators, and impact.
- Identify the importance and benefits of monitoring and evaluation around the project cycle.
- Design and plan monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Apply data collection methods and analysis techniques.
- Develop monitoring and evaluation framework.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the session participants should be able to:
- Understand the importance of outputs, outcomes, and impact in relation to bid writing.
- Monitor and evaluate outputs, outcomes, and indicators.
- Develop an evaluation framework to demonstrate outputs, outcomes, and indicators.
