Monitoring and Evaluation Made Easy
This course will help voluntary organisations understand how to use an Outcomes Approach that will transform the way results are reported to funders and stakeholders.
Participants will be introduced to the outcomes framework and gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to define clear aims, activities, output and outcomes indicators. They will also be able to report the benefits of their programmes to a range of stakeholders.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course participants will have;
- A clear outcomes framework which will be transferable within their organisation
- Increased knowledge to describe specific changes that happen as a result of your project activities
- The skills to select and collect relevant data to track participants progress
- To report on the London Borough Hackney Council funded projects
- The ability to apply the national outcomes framework used by funders such as the Big Lottery and Grant Making Trust & Foundations across your organisation
- Access to tools and templates to quickly prepare realistic outcomes for your projects
