Partnership and collaboration work has become the mantra in the voluntary and community sector over the last few years. Almost any voluntary or community sector activity can be done in collaboration, however what are the benefits and challenges to collaborative work? What is the current good practice and how do we ensure equitable treatment to all parties involved?

Join this training session to find out how to identify those benefits for your local communities and the key stages to start working in partnership.

This training will cover -

• Steps to getting started with collaborative work. 
• The ‘pros and cons’ of partnership & collaboration
• Local case studies and successful partnerships
• The different models of partnership structures
• The good practice in partnership work.
