Do you know what Risk Management is and why it's important? Are you able to identify different risk types? Join this interactive online training session to learn how you can define and mitigate risk to help stay in control of your project and increase your chances of success.

 

During the session participants will learn:
•    Fundamentals of risk management
•    Basic Principles*
•    Practical tools and techniques
•    Change management  

* This refers to the Association for Project Management’s (APM) Project and Risk Management methodology (PRAM) 

 

Trainer
Robert Foster delivers training on behalf of the award-winning social enterprise Red Ochre. Established in 2002 to help the not for profit to be more successful and sustainable, Red Ochre has supported thousands of organisations in over 25 countries through workshops, facilitation, tool development, mentoring and consultancy.
